12 inch black vinyl record on Warner Bros. Records, catalog BSK 3193, stereo 33 1/3 RPM, made in U.S.A. and housed in the original black-and-white band photo cardboard sleeve with matching printed inner sleeve.
The custom inner sleeve features a large roach image on one side and full lyrics, credits, and a small band photo on the reverse.

Condition: Pre-owned vinyl LP. Record surface is glossy with light paper scuffs, faint hairlines and some dust; no deep scratches seen. Outer jacket shows ring wear, corner and edge rubbing, small creases, age toning, and a price sticker on the front; printed inner sleeve has handling wrinkles and mild discoloration. Record not play-tested.
