12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM stereo LP with gray Asylum center labels featuring the doorway logo and text reading "EAGLES DESPERADO" plus catalog number SD 5068 with side designations Side One and Side Two, housed in its original textured cardboard sleeve showing the band dressed as Old West outlaws on the front cover.
