12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM stereo LP on Anti with green, orange, and white center labels, catalog SD 19120 (ST-CTN-702073-SP / ST-CTN-702074-SP), housed in its original full-color cardboard sleeve featuring Nic Dartnell's surreal dove-and-face artwork on the front and track listing and credits on the back, along with a company paper inner sleeve with "The Atlantic Group" design.
