Vintage 1972 Harvey Mandel album "The Snake," a blues rock and rock LP on Janis Records.

12" black vinyl record, 33 1/3 RPM stereo LP with gold Janis center labels and catalog number JLS 3037, housed in its original full-color die-cut gatefold cardboard sleeve featuring snakeskin-pattern artwork with a painted portrait of Harvey Mandel on the front and an illustrated coiled snake wrapped around an acoustic guitar on the back along with printed track listing.

Gatefold interior displays a color photo of Harvey Mandel seated with electric guitar inside a snakeskin-framed arch along with detailed English-language track credits, musician and production notes, and publishing information printed over the snakeskin background; a plain paper inner sleeve is included to hold the record.
