12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM stereo LP with silver gradient 20th Century Records center labels featuring the multicolor 20th Century logo and catalog number ST 102 (label numbers ST-102 / M-102-AS and ST-102 / M-102-BS), housed in its original cream-colored cardboard sleeve with colorful illustrated artwork of Dolly and Horace framed by the large "HELLO, DOLLY!" title on the front and production stills and complete track listing on the back.
Original light blue 20th Century Records branded paper inner sleeve is included for record storage, printed with the large 20th Century logo on both sides.
