12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM stereo LP on Riva with custom lion artwork Riva center labels and catalog R 144512 (R144512-A / R144512-B), housed in its original black-and-white farm-scene cardboard sleeve featuring Mellencamp leaning on a fence with bold red "Scarecrow" title and red border on the front and full English-language lyrics and credits printed on the back along with artist and band photos.
Original orange printed inner sleeve is included, featuring an all-over scratch-line graphic, printed dedication text ("There is nothing more sad or glorious than generations changing hands. JCM 1985") and a memorial note to Speck Mellencamp, plus small "Printed in the USA" credit.
