2x 12" black vinyl records, 33 RPM stereo LP set on Polydor with orange Polydor center labels and catalog 25-3002 (POLP 80179 / POLP 80180 / POLP 80181 / POLP 80182), manufactured by Polydor Incorporated, New York, N.Y., housed in a textured full-color gatefold cardboard sleeve featuring John Mayall tree-bark portrait artwork on the front and printed track listing with musician credits over a silhouetted tree photograph on the back.
Gatefold interior features black-and-white and color portraits of John Mayall and contributing musicians plus a printed credits column describing the November 1970 recording sessions; an attached multi-page booklet includes a photographic portfolio, a "The Lyrics" section with complete English-language lyrics, and additional outdoor portrait shots of Mayall along with a printed John Mayall signature of thanks.
