Vintage 1972 compilation album "Johnny Mathis' All-Time Greatest Hits," an easy listening and pop vocal double LP by Johnny Mathis on Columbia Records with English-language vocals.

Two 12" black vinyl records, 33 RPM stereo double LP set with red Columbia center labels reading "JOHNNY MATHIS ALL-TIME GREATEST HITS" plus catalog number KG 31345 with side codes C 31346 and C 31347 and matrix designations AL 31346, BL 31346, and BL 31347, housed in a gatefold cardboard sleeve featuring a color profile portrait of Johnny Mathis against a sunlit background on the front cover.

The back cover continues the outdoor portrait photography and presents the heading "20 of Johnny's All-Time Greatest Hits" above a complete track listing along with Columbia logos and 1972 CBS, Inc. manufacturing and copyright information; the gatefold interior adds a large black-and-white portrait of Mathis opposite detailed liner notes and track credits.
