12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM stereo LP on Hilltop by arrangement with Chart Records, with yellow Hilltop center labels and catalog JS-6113 (JS-6113-A / JS-6113-B), a Pickwick International, Inc. long playing release, housed in its original full-color cardboard sleeve showing Junior Samples at a rural moonshine still on the front and black-and-white porch interview photography, liner notes, and track listing on the back, plus a plain white paper inner sleeve and modern BCW protective outer sleeve.
