12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM stereo LP with red Columbia center labels reading "LARRY GATLIN AND THE GATLIN BROTHERS BAND" and "NOT GUILTY" plus catalog number FC 37464 with side designations AL 37464 (Side 1) and BL 37464 (Side 2), housed in its original cardboard sleeve featuring a studio portrait of Larry, Steve, and Rudy Gatlin on the front cover.

Back cover artwork presents another color photo of the trio together along with printed track listing, Columbia branding, barcode, and manufacturing and copyright information for 1981 CBS Inc. under the album title continuation line "...Well, maybe just a little." attributed to Larry, Steve, and Rudy.
