12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM LP with white Epic "RADIO STATION COPY" promotional center labels and catalog number LN 24169 (side designations XEM 110548 and XEM 110549), housed in its original red-and-cream cardboard sleeve featuring a seated studio portrait of Mike Douglas and bold white title typography on the front plus liner notes, track listing, and production credits on the back.
