12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM stereo LP on AFM Records with yellow AFM center labels, catalog SP-4335 (SP-4569 / SP-4570), housed in its original full-color cardboard sleeve showing an illustrated concert stage on the front and band portraits, concert notes, and full credits on the back, plus the original printed AFM inner sleeve with black-and-white album artwork advertisements.
