12" black vinyl record, 33 RPM stereo LP with multicolor Statue-of-Liberty waitress A&M center labels and catalog SP-3708, housed in its original full-color cardboard sleeve featuring the iconic smiling waitress holding a glass of orange juice over a New York skyline made of dishes on the front and a diner counter photo of the band on the back along with printed track listing and CRC record club logo.
Original printed inner sleeve is included, with a cream marbled background carrying full English-language song lyrics for both sides, band member credits, recording and engineering information, and art direction notes.
